Basically, we want to build Human bridges, join forces, values and skills, capitalizing ethically the talents of each one so that the Missionary vocations arise in a natural and spontaneous way, to transform the Missionaries in Human vehicles and tools able to perform good works and spread the experience and knowledge based on the fundamental Civility and Fraternal Love rules, that compels us to share for free what God has also given us for free, thus, placing the understanding of Respect for the differences, however, without allowing that bewildered minorities may confuse the Moral values, as if modernity didn't need Morality, when without it it's like building on sand!

We believe that start up a company is like planting a tree, and then have the will to plant a orchard, to plant a forest and after we got the tree, the orchard and the forest planted, we can have the courage and sense of responsibility to take care of everything zealously with knowledge, with Love and total detachment, so that future generations do the same and the World becomes increasingly better.

Thus, we also want to create a company’s group to operate in network with the objective to ensure sources of fair yield, through a co-responsible business partnership, healthy and sustainable, thus, enabling the Foundation to maintain a reference position in the society at all levels.

In this context, the Foundation is promoting the change by direct action and intervention, both in the constitution as interactive management in this new entrepreneurially which intend to stimulate the economy and moralize the financial system, because it needs to exist so that the Human Being lives better, through the sharing of goods, services and attitudes.

Thus, in each new company that will be incorporated by us, the Foundation will always have a minimum equity of 30% (thirty percent) in the capital of each company combined with an minimum additional equity of 25% (twenty five percent) which will be held by the GRUPO EMPRESARIAL PORTUGUÊS S.A. (Portuguese Business Group Ltd.), a Holding Company, in order to not allow changes without the consent statutory.

In this context, each company in our GRUPO EMPRESARIAL PORTUGUÊS S.A. (Portuguese Business Group Ltd.), whether made by us or by shares acquisition of an existing company, its statutes will predict that the current management will be made by simple majority decision of 51% (fifty one percent) of the votes, but it will always oblige to the majority of 80% (eighty percent) of the votes to decide the capital increase as well as any amendment of its statutes. Thus, the interests of Foundation’s Social and Humanitarian nature and the interests of small shareholders will be permanently protected.

Wherever the Foundation participates in a corporate structure that already exists, it will accept the best possible percentage quota, even though it’s socially desirable to respect the minimum reference quota of 30% (thirty percent) which refers to our ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN TRIPOD philosophy.

However, we want to make clear that we have no intention to dominate, but we do have a huge concern to manage the best as possible, so we've caution in the social partners choice, which is according with our philosophy the most valuable capital that we should protect, because without good people there will never exist good companies.

The fundamental Foundation’s interest is to develop innovative and structuring projects in all areas, making that each company group searches to add continuously converging values, so that each one contribute to the Social and Humanitarian interventions sustainability that the Foundation proposes itself to conduct under ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN TRIPOD.

So, the Foundation will put in the frontline the MISSÃO HUMANITÁRIA PORTUGUESA (Portuguese Humanitarian Mission), which will always be the first entity responsible for the planning and implementation of all ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS and it will also responsible for the implementation and quality monitoring of all projects that the Foundation will make as well as its Global management after its completion.

Knowing that there are no strong institutions without strong people, essentially wise and good people, we’ll do anything to recruit the best professionals in the World, who share our concern to build a more fair and sustainable World in long term, so that we can lead to all World citizens a little more of material welfare and spiritual happiness, according to each one religious beliefs, without hiding who we’re because we aren’t just Catholics by baptism, we’re also by conviction.

The FUNDAÇÃO PORTUGUESA DE SANTO ANTÓNIO E TODOS OS SANTOS (Portuguese Foundation of Saint Anthony and All Saints), together with the MISSÃO HUMANITÁRIA PORTUGUESA (Portuguese Humanitarian Mission) and with a consolidated way with the PARLAMENTO HUMANITÁRIO PORTUGUÊS (Portuguese Humanitarian Parliament) and the WORLD HUMANITARIAN PARLIAMENT OF PEACE will unite all Human talents and strengths available allowing an organized fight against all forms of ignorance and poverty because poverty break and shame us and ignorance bothers us.

We want to be true MISSIONARIES of our time, MODERN MISSIONARIES, actual and assumed, so we want to act with deep respect for differences between people, and so, whenever we act wherever the place, our behavior will be as if we're citizens of that country, because is only in this way that someone can earn the WORLD CITIZEN title, ensuring the good of others.

In my specific case, and as President Founder, I feel the obligation to confirm that I’ll never forget that in fact I’m, first of all, a PORTUGUESE CITIZEN, but in simultaneously I'm also a true WORLD CITIZEN, which forces me to be globally coherent and responsible, thus, making that there’s an Human proximity increasing with quality and with reasons for sharing, because sharing is the most healthy basis of fraternal support, of true Civility values, of Love and Friendship, on which is built the collective happiness.

It also does part of our concern to participate in the public and private health system improvement with the best technologies inclusion and the best TELEMEDICINE possible usability, so that the medical support reaches the most needy and disadvantaged.

Since we always want more and better and we’re ready to make sacrifices in this regard, we also want to participate in the teaching improvement, so that civic rules have in count the Pedagogical and Moral values and become a capital that strengthens the collective responsibility sense in order to build our lives based on the KNOWLEDGE SHARING, LOVE AND RESPECT.

It’s true that our dream is to end the misery, but as we know it’s completely impossible to eradicate it, so we’ll try to unite all good, competent and available national and international forces to reduce it the maximum as possible, to put order in this global chaos, making that the knowledge transfer can be made as soon as possible so that hope perpetuates in young people and that future generations continue to give priority to projects with Civic and Moral environment.

Convinced that the World stability depends essentially on the Regional and National stability of each country, we want to make our contribution and interact with the Governments, causing as much as possible greatest knowledge synergy and values at National level, with the objective to help people to remain in their native lands with good life quality, with the objective to stop the mass migration increase and prevent that the situation becomes quickly unsustainable because it’s already difficult in almost all World countries.

It’s clear that, for those who want to see, the crisis in which we live isn’t comparable to any other and it’s much more serious since it’s at World's level. However, it should be noted the huge disparities that exist within all countries, including the richest, which can only be solved when the vision and goodwill of its governors becomes a wish.

However, the countries of Africa, Latin America and a big part of Asia remain the most sacrificed. So, we hope that there is goodwill and development in the geopolitics understanding followed by a good Regional, National, Continental and Global strategy, in order to its Governments understand our way of seeing, thinking and acting, for us to help it equitably, reducing the general social implosion risk which is already quite severe and increases day by day.

Even being a World citizen and a Globalization defender, I think that we’ve huge gaps and coordination nearly nonexistent. Therefore, call on all political leaders to rethink very well its country's policies to better serve its citizens with laws and procedures that fits in the respectful Global spirit of different cultures and religious understanding without clashes.

In my opinion, Globalization isn’t just welcome as it’s indispensable. However, it needs clearer and strict rules so that all people can have order and can live better, and in Peace, with all due RESPECT AND SHARE OF COMMON SPACES, because the World doesn’t needs a master, it needs a good manager.

To that purpose, and more, we put ourselves at disposal to discuss and interact with all World Governments that demonstrates an interest to improve the citizen’s lives and to facilitate their coexistence, uniting efforts to raise common projects which have as objective the contributing to the World Peace expansion and consolidation.

Given the immense difficulty in gathering good and responsible people for projects of this size, especially when there isn’t financial visibility, so, I’ve decided to do a solo, and it was in the condition of "lone nut" that I’ve decided to establish this Foundation, with the objective of adding values and serving Noble causes like helping the weak and needy, to bring out the change with a collective responsibility sense and share love with the next one, who also can be you!

Since we believe that the Human Being came into the World by God and for God, we also believe that He will help us overcome this and other crises, but, however, remains for us to overcome the difficulty making the Governors believe that we don’t represent a risk to them, because what we want is to help them to achieve the desired stability for all the people in the World.

However, if they don’t take this unique opportunity that we propose, then yes, they will take the risk of retreat because evolution doesn’t waits and while the undecided spend too much time thinking about everything, the most competent, wise and audacious, moves forward.

For this change become concrete, to have direct effects and to quickly serve the people who suffer most, we’ll also organize nationally, in each country, a regional logistics between our large scale production and the small local producers, so they can drain their products through our production logistics, collects, collation of all products, processing and distribution.

In order to fully fulfill our social role we’ll also create a supermarket network so that we can ensure the best possible distribution of our products as well as to guarantee the distribution of the part that intends to humanitarian support and that will be done through credit cards for food, which will be assigned after a study to determine the level of need for each person or family so that we can create a specific credit plafond available to avoid abuses.

The Foundation will always try to act in the context of National web to fulfill the local urgent needs, but it will continue to search the global solutions through balanced partnerships in the field of Commerce and Industry, with the Humanitarian component always present, in order to create permanent sources income so that it can act on Social sector and at Humanitarian Global scale, in a stable and uninterrupted way, without resorting to begging like many other institutions often do. So yes, once again we’ll make a difference, because the act of ask to give it's very common in these days; but, to do, to happen and to produce and share, although isn’t in fashion, the most needy will surely thanks, and moreover, I’m sure that God will never forget who remembers Him serving the poor and protecting the weakest.

Of course, we look for the approach of people in a structured way, so that might be structuring for the beneficiaries of our work and interventions, and in this context the way we’ll approach will be preferably with the Catholic Church collaboration, also interacting with the Orthodox Church and the Regular Protestant Church, as well as the civil authorities, leaving all "religious cults" outside because these "religious cults" tend to confuse people rather than to serve and let them free to choose. However, we want to reach all people regardless of their religion.

It’s true that we can only be happy with the return of the happiness of others and so we must unite in a brotherly way to combat social injustices and multiply the production capacity without breaching the human being, which is the most precious resource of all, without the companies do not exist. However, to resist the unbridled competition, it’s important that each employee is aware and take good care of the "tree" where he belongs, (which is the company itself) where every human being is an important branch of this tree, because if the trunk of the "tree" doesn’t endure consecutive mistreatment all branches eventually fall, hence the need for pruning!

In this context, it’s appropriate to say: it isn’t enough that each one takes care of their own branch because what is really needed is that all of us take care of the tree!

Thinking always as a whole, we are preparing our massive participation in agricultural and livestock production in order to create an international diversified production, with logistics of collecting centers and transformation units of food to be commercialized in a fairest way as possible and to be shared the aforementioned share of about 30% destined for the most deprived in an organized and disciplined way to avoid abuses.

Given the dire state of our green spaces, it’s urgent to draw up a National network of paths and roads running through the woods, whether private or state, so that in case of disasters incendiary, the firefighters and the services distress in general can be much faster and efficient.

Following the environment recover, whenever the Local and National Authorities authorize us, collaborate with us with their means and facilitate the proper permits, we’ll strive to enrich the diversity of our environment through consciously research developed, professional and progressive, thus creating nurseries of all species, including crop plants and medicinal herbs intended for pharmacology, in order to give even more luster to the charm of nature.

Thus, through a good management structure and properly cared for, some of the existing woods and forests will become authentic places of refuge and relaxation, thereby promoting a better quality of life and create references that can serve as an example at Global level.

I also take the opportunity to affirm that to respect Nature we have to help it, interacting with the proper knowledge, because if we do nothing for it, eventually it will deteriorate due to its own natural adversities.

In order to make a difference and show that we can do better, we’ll apply our philosophy in all affiliated companies created by the Group's Foundation, in which we’ll put the "sine qua non" condition, our philosophical view, Moral and strategic application, so that this management model encourage us to learn from each other, to believe that tomorrow everything will be better, thanks to our contribution.

Knowing that it’s never too late to learn, much less to serve and share, all of you are invited to join us so that this GLOBAL CHALLENGE can be endorsed by each and can be benefit for many people who need help as well as for those who need to see to believe!

It’s true that we need critical people but only if they are concise and present concrete alternatives, demonstrating how to act, because even the best student in the world expects good examples from his teacher; so, I leave here a warning: whoever is able, please give a step forward your welcome because, for us, sensible and constructive criticism is a valuable asset. In what respects to the senseless and demolition critics, I invite them to go "singing in the desert" to don’t disturb those who are predisposed to enormous sacrifices in favor of common welfare!

Therefore, we also want to intervene in this sector in order to revitalize this activity, as well as the canning industry and the export related to it, which may be a way to help more suited to fight against hunger in the world, especially in Africa, where it lacks the electric power network and the modern equipment to maintain the food fresh. In this case, the canned fish and the salted cod can be a precious help.

With high respect and admiration that I have for the fishermen, we also propose a comprehensive intervention, so they can have a social life more stable and ensure a brighter future and, above all, more balanced to their children who want to eventually continue the activity.

Thus, we also propose to introduce in this Tripod program an operating shed related to the marine fauna and flora, to re-launch the shipbuilding industry, manufacturing fishing boats of small, medium and large dimensions, so we can make a difference in the fish market as well as across all the industry of freezing and preservation in can, but also in scientific research and reproduction of marine fish.

This project will be framed in a National organization that can aggregate all fishermen, and especially the most precarious, in one or several companies related to a National Holding, MAR & MAR S.A. (Sea & Sea Ltd.), prepared for the Global, National and International Management and linked to the Foundation, that will be the entity responsible for maintaining the Economic, Social and Humanitarian equilibrium, an indisputable requirement that we’ll impose on all our interventions, because we know that in the beginning was God and then came the Man, and it’s for to Man what we’ll do, but always in the name of God.

In our HUMANIST MEDICINE CONCEPT, wherever there's a situation that implies to help those who are at risk, we’ll not look to how much it costs if is the right solution, wherever for those who can pay or who can’t pay. So who can pay will pay a fair price to get the best treatment in the world, but who can’t pay, will also have access to the same treatment, which is supported by the Foundation in the human dignity and integrity defense.

To the Humanist Missions basis become solid we need Great Men and Great Women, because only they can be Great Missionaries and Great Professionals, willing to embrace this tide of challenges and adventures, to serve with WISDOM, with a lot of LOVE and HUMILITY.

Although our Angelic Clinics are primarily dedicated to our members, we’ll also make agreements with groups and private clients and the medical appointments and treatments will be also free of costs to all the poorest and needy, to who demonstrates that can’t pay.

Whenever health conditions are required, the residents of our PERMANENT RESIDENCE hotel units will be transferred to one of our prestigious clinics, hospitals or continued care units, where also nothing will lack, because in addition to the proper medical care provided with the utmost professionalism and dignity there will be the psychological support as well as love and affection in abundance, so that this climate of fraternity strengthen the Spirit and be achieved the essential serenity and peace of mind in a general performance.

These Super Star Clinic Hotel units will also be geographically well distributed across the country and each one will have a permanent ambulance helicopter so that it we can act quickly and with quality, thus allowing our clients or residents affiliated, who require more specialized interventions and urgency, to be transported by ambulance helicopter for more appropriate clinical unit and return to their residence when the healthy conditions permits.

Whenever possible, some of this Super Star Clinic Hotel will also have a private aerodrome, and exceptionally two of this Super Star Clinic Hotel will have a landing strip that allows the landing of any aircraft and thus it can contribute to regional development and to provide support to the civil protection forces, according to the needs.

All Super Star Clinic Hotels will be equipped with the best technology available in the world so that our doctors can be the best professionals that each nation ever had.

Thus, in a responsible and solidary way, we intend to remediate many of the errors that in large part come from the family education or simply due to lack of education, which greatly hinder the work of the child school education, because it’s very difficult to build safe and well in the absence of good foundations. So when family education fails, the entire balanced growth chain is damaged, beginning to difficult the primary school education and when it fails, it hardly recovers, because the University dream is farther away and even inaccessible to most people who can’t handle with the necessity of learning.

If we really want to recover from this decadent and dangerous situation, we have to gain courage and conscience to talk openly of these problems and invest in a true society revolution, including a new work culture and general knowledge, to instill the true sense of collective responsibility to each party, so that employers and employees share the same concerns in taking care of business in a zealous way like it’s a very personal safe harbor.

Creation of an residential hotels chain of 2, 3, 4 and 5 stars, mainly for the Third Youth but also tourists from all levels and students, offering great facilities for the Missionary students workers in the region, justified by the existence of studies multipurpose rooms, as well as a physical and digital library in each of our hotel properties, thus facilitating the lives of the students that wish to study at a distance, both in real time as in the post-labor regime regardless of their age.

3. Additionally, it will be created an restaurant chain for different classes and particular styles between the simple divinely, the serene and the lovely, the beautiful and the healthy and the more sophisticated.

However, they’re all similar and will be essentially devoted to the promotion of Human Being through the application of civic, philosophical, Social and Humanitarian values that the Foundation wants to promote, and which consists in constant search of social balance through the Economic, Social and Humanitarian support under the Production, Multiplication, Sharing, Love and Peace motto, going from the philosophy to practice, so that this new Missionary status cause a contagious change and inflame everyone around us.

In this scenario almost delirious but healthy, thanks to God, each of our restaurants have a picturesque decoration touch, innovative and pedagogical and even a Spiritual and Romantic touch, being all the facilities very functional and modern.

Each of our facilities is a real social and cultural antenna, which will permit to act in every neighborhood, providing assistance to the needy and the most vulnerable and neglected, who are already so many.

The title lifetime above will entitle the residents to enjoy any of our hotel facilities available at national or international level, within the same standard of quality that the title represents.

Thus, these hotels will allow to its guests the opportunity to change their place of residence, region or even country, when our network allows, without ever losing the comfort and features after meet us and without bringing them logistical complications, because the Foundation will have its multilingual department to deal with each case in the best way as possible and more personalized.

Whenever the population density or the region potential justifies, the hotels will have a capacity of about 200 to 300 single rooms. However, all rooms are equipped with the necessary conditions to receive a couple when necessary.

As for the hotels that are located in areas of lower population and tourism potential, it will have an average of 120 to 150 rooms in order to respect the sustainable management ratios.

Further, it will be built small hotels in the small rural towns of the country with a capacity between 50 and 75 rooms and which will be named "Family House".

Our Hotels will have tourist and residential character and between 80% and 90% of the rooms will be destined exclusively for the Third Youth and the remaining to tourists, ordinary citizens, as well as for students and trainees, so everyone can enjoy the beautiful Portugal scenery, in a friendly and homely atmosphere where the humility prestige and wisdom will be the top one to offer, as well as the professionalism award for excellence.

Our hotels network will host illustrated and written exhibitions of St. Anthony, Our Lady (of Fatima) and the Blessed Shepherds, St. Francis of Assisi life’s and also of other Saints, as well as national and international outstanding artists and personalities, which will allow to customize the rooms and common areas.

The rooms for permanent residence will have between 18m² and 22m² and the rooms for tourists, students and young trainees will have about 10m² to 12m². Video surveillance will be activated exclusively by the client, whenever he wants to have greater protection or when he feels simply unwell or some anguish, thereby allowing the support team to intervene quickly when necessary. As for videoconferencing, it will serve to shorten the distance between them and their family and friends, because whenever they communicate by phone they can see each other on the TV screen or on the integrated screen into the phone itself.

Given the many Humanist concerns of our organization, each one of our hotels has to be an authentic paradisiacal small world as well as a kind of global knowledge pond which it will be increased by a large pedagogy dose inherent to the responsibility sense and the Universal Love, that features our Foundation, thereby causing the Knowledge and Love Sensibleness to circulate among us quickly and do wonders on a planetary scale.

Our challenge is to enable to who is a dreamer continues to dream, and infect others also to dream and to believe that life is worthwhile and is always more beautiful when we do something for it and we share that feeling with others. Therefore, our teams will always be alert and ready to sow warm smiles and friendly gestures, to implement great joy, so that life is no longer difficult to carry a cross and becomes a privilege. Life is a terrestrial learning opportunity that should not be missed.

Since we believe that people should serve and be served so that our earthly passage isn’t empty of contents, we’ll provide multiple activities and missions, so that everyone may choose and fill the free time according to their own vocation and Moral, Social and Humanitarian conscience level.

Our hotels are essentially reserved for people of the Third Youth who don’t require special treatment. However, since we want to ensure the life quality of our full resident friends, we’ll also build a highly specialized clinics network to ensure all types of interventions, as well as a long-term care units network well distributed geographically by country, to allow that when a resident needs to be transferred, whether with greater ease and speed possible and will be facilitated return to his hotel room when their circumstances permit him to.

All hotels will have a restaurant, multipurpose room to organize internal and external events, outdoor and indoor heated pool, fitness center, spa with therapeutic and relaxation massages as well as other forms of sensory and energy, hairdresser and beauty products, a small library and digital library kiosk, nursery, preschool and, in some cases, primary and secondary school, according to the needs of the region.

Whenever possible, all hotels will have large paradisiacal green spaces with pedestrian pathways and winter gardens as well as romantic pedestrian pathways as truly invitations for a walk.

Our hotels in County headquarters will be built on land not less than five hectares, and whenever the land can have a size not less than fifteen acres will be installed there a golf course miniature and two tennis fields, table tennis, a billiard center, a equestrian center with horses trained to pull traditional french carts and carriages (like old wagons adapted to the modern comfort) so that they can perform property tours and nearby.

With the meaning to add another therapeutic activity, we’ll also have some companion dogs, mostly labradors and german shepherds, so that our resident friends can enjoy the life to the maximum.

Although each of our hotels will be a real Foundation's social antenna representative of our interventions, each unit located at the headquarters of the Foundation Council shall determine its local representation together with the Portuguese Humanitarian Mission and the Portuguese Humanitarian Parliament, so that the Social and Humanitarian network be complete and effective in all country regions.

Whenever the Foundation creates a business or launch an activity in the region, will be established its offices and its commercial representation within the hotels space at the ground floor, so that we can benefit from the voluntary cooperation of the residents. Therefore, we’ll do everything as possible to interconnect national and international activities, hopefully in partnership, to serve as an example and to have the maximum of Economic, Social and Humanitarian activities in order to allow our projects become self-sustaining and serve as stimulus for the region.

These projects have as focus to bring all the wise people that are willing to share their knowledge with the younger, putting into practice their vocation when this factor often came in a last plane when it should be the first, giving them the opportunity to participate partially or fully (a part-time or full-time) in information seminars and professional training, in order to extend the joy of living, serving in a useful and disinterested way, or somehow, investing capital in a Civic and Spiritual management.

What is material it stays in here (earth) but the spiritual part will follow us into eternity as a single credit of our earthly passage and, as strange as it may seems, we capitalized more when we do things for others and especially in favor of those who most need, because when we do great things for us or because whenever we pay our bills or even when we behave well, we just do our duty and nothing more.

These very particular hotels have to make the difference of all others in all aspects, so essentially will host the Modern Missionaries without family that wants to devote exclusively to the missionary practice and to the traditional teaching as well as to the transmission of our missionary rules to the people who wants to join our Mission without sacrificing the family life.

Hotels of the Missionaries (3 Stars Hotels) – it’s a twelve hotels units distributed geographically by the country, propitious to receive in stage of multilingual preparation the Modern Missionaries that are departing for International Missions, allowing to form polyvalent teams appropriated to each kind of mission according to the specificities of each country.

Viriato Hotels (3 Stars Hotels) – these hotels will have the most picturesque characteristics although not differ in comfort issues in relation to all others hotels of the same star class. However, it will be built mainly in mountainous areas or large hills.

Students And Missionary Workers Hotels (2 Stars Hotels) – these hotels will be located in rural areas, especially where there are active farms, and are primarily intended to accommodate students of agricultural, biological and forestry area, as well as other young people who want to experience and enjoy life in the country interior, working on our farms, and also people who would like to live in a more rural environment but with comfort.

Saint Antony’s Hotels (4 Stars Hotels) – this hotel chain is the most comprehensive and will have a more personalized treatment.

Super Star Clinic Hotels (5 Stars Hotels) – will be a twelve hotels units, composed by a Hotel and Clinic in joint house, with the highest quality conditions as possible at world level. These units will be distributed throughout the country to offer unforgettable stays, but also to offer intervention research and clinical treatment of high level.

Repodoze Social Hotels “R12” (2 Stars Hotels) – also will be a twelve hotels units, with very specific social characteristics, which will be built on the large cities outskirts, with the aim to combat the sharp social inequalities that derive from large migrant masses and immigrants concentrations. Many often these migrant masses and immigrants concentrations fall into total poverty disgrace, which takes from them of all dignity, and which we want to give it back to them with Love and Civic and Fraternal responsibility sense.

These hotels will be built mainly in rural areas with adequate conditions for the scouts groups activities, as well as a summer camp for all ages, especially suited to accommodate people in social isolation and disadvantaged families situations, in an Social and Spiritual therapeutic atmosphere where Love will be the King!

The Repodoze Hotels can accommodate clients at low cost, can serve as a residence for some military and police personnel and members of other public order forces, can accept people who fits in the social rehabilitation scenario, and also can reserve some rooms, or common open spaces, for the homeless allowing them to eat the essential and sleep so they can maintain their health and dignity.

In order to fight the crisis in all its forms, we’ll also built suitable spaces for social kindergartens and preschools, thus helping families in difficulties, so that their children can receive the best educational complement and the proper food support.

Rules and rights imposed to the homeless

• The homeless can stay overnight for 12 hours but will be required to accept and comply the hygiene internal rules; respect and discipline will make part of the internal regulations, under civilian control with police interaction and/or military discipline.

• Having regard to the rigor of the winter, from October to March, the beneficiaries may remain in these facilities 14 hours, more or less.

• During the weekends and holidays, the homeless can spend their entire time on the facilities according with the occupation rules, for those who want to stay.

• However, all homeless who receive professional training can remain permanently in these facilities.

• These buildings will be constructed so that it can have a fire department, a military barracks, a police station, a sports center, a music room and a theater, a permanent medical room trained in first aid and a professional training center extensive to the arts and crafts.

In order to make these institutions effective and safe, we propose to be constructed as a high-security gated community, with sports venues, including gymnasiums, music rooms, theater, dance, professional training, etc., to contradict the portuguese adage which says “what born lopsided, lopsided dies”, or “what born lopsided, later or never straightens up”… this because I believe that we can all evolve and even can become saints as our regardful Pope said, the Blessed John Paul II, but that depends a lot from us, whether in the capacity to help whether in the capacity to seek help, because although some are able to do it easier by themselves alone, the majority needs help.

These centers will also have a space attached with separate entry dedicated exclusively to the Third Youth as a day center, in order to provide pleasant conviviality and joy days based on mutual respect and sharing.

These Social Villages have to gather the best conditions in all manners to make it almost autonomous, including the maximum of possible jobs, primarily intended for families of residents themselves, with ongoing concern to integrate people with special problems in activities that might be developed. In this context, whenever some of these special residents can be integrated into the work world, it will be given preference.

Three of these Social Villages will have an integrated clinic, called Angelica Shepherds Clinic (in honor of Our Lady of Fatima), designed to investigate and treat all the rare diseases that afflict our society continuously.

Finally, so that the dignity and joy also prevails in the poorest world, each one of these Social Villages will have an Educational Summer Camp, where laughter therapy is applied at all time, with Moral and Civic sense, so that they can accommodate nonresident people with similar problems in holiday arrangements.

These Social Villages are mainly to the neediest families, but also to the rich who wish to be stir emotions to be our allies in the fight against the monstrous Social gap, which should be the shame of any citizen deemed to worship and civically responsible.

All these Social Villages will have special conditions and technological equipment to accommodate the families who have gifted children or indigo children, as well as centers for scientific research which falls into the values that we stand for, principally in the defense of life, without dangerous manipulations in the context of denial of fundamental values, which would jeopardize the balance of what I dare to call correct Humanism.

To this end, some of these villages will have a Maternity service and proper accommodation to receive the future young mothers in a family and student atmosphere, so they can continue their education and professional training, while their babies are getting ready to come to the World in this great living and Universal family space.

After delivery, those mothers who are unable to return to their family home can stay with us, studying and working, whenever their age allows, thus facilitating a life appropriate quality to their age, in order to gain self-confidence and maturity to the natural rhythm, collaborating in our several tasks and missions inside and outside the villages.

Since no one was called to choose in intelligence assignment time, each one of us has to well manage what has received, but who received more, more obligations has to those who have been less contemplated. For this, we’ll build some shelters, preferably in the interior of each country, in quiet areas with highly specialized personnel.

I believe that is up to us to predict what they can’t, because of their mental limitations, to offer them existence conditions with dignity knowing beforehand that this decision will only have costs, costs that fit to us all.

So, if you really want to earn a place in heaven, begin to apply your talents in the ground and put yourself into work serving with humility and dedication, exchanging cowardice by daring to serve and share with Love and joy.

The basic needs are so many that it’s necessary to act quickly, according to the degree of urgency detected in each case. However, we anticipate, as the first need for intervention, enhanced food and health. Therefore, we’ll do everything as possible to organize our National Restaurant Social network, which will allow us a first approach of people through food support, and a second approach for other needs to act later.

Therefore, as we detect the needy, we’ll establish the degree of urgency and we’ll trace the intervention priorities, but our concern extends to the household conditions in the area in which they live and which rarely corresponds to the minimally decent conditions.

So that we can intervene in surgical way, we are going to take the Modern Missionaries reports who will make the delivery of food supplements, to act according to the circumstances of each case.

Once the structural problems of living space are found and identified, the Foundation will send an expert team that will renew the residence as possible to minimize the discomfort and increase the hope of a materially better life.

The direct and indirect costs of all Missions and the Social and Humanitarian support will be generally in total borne by the PORTUGUESE FOUNDATION, but it will be only the PORTUGUESE HUMANITARIAN MISSION which will be at the forefront of all interventions, both to act directly as controlling establishments which come under the control of the group led by the Foundation.

So, the teaching will reach every part of the country and every part of the World and like this we can make life easier for students, taking the University to them, approaching them from the incubators of knowledge and wisdom, concentrated in our hotels, which will be an arm to our University and where our own Third Youth residents can teach or give some support to students, according to the valences of each.

Thus, we’ll contribute to the improvement of the Civic and Moral teaching pedagogy, which forces us to the act of sincere knowledge sharing and good manners, making this our University become a global example in the preparation of our students for the transmission of the wise philosophy acquired plus the fraternal spirit. This will transform us into conscious and sensible Modern Missionaries. Well, actually we all came here to serve but unfortunately there are few who are aware of this; certain is, if we hadn’t a legacy we probably would still live in caves.

Although the general knowledge, the specific knowledge and the philosophy are indispensable ingredients to any project and any innovation, and for a truly share of this knowledge we need to create structural conditions that makes the learning easier, under the desirable dialogue and continuous sharing, even under the desirable vital exchange, so that it can circulates, because when we think in teaching we should also know how to listen and if it’s done with humanist sense, we are also inside the learning process.

In order to ensure the good and smooth Humanitarian Parliament functioning, with reduced and manageable costs and to be sustainable, the Portuguese Foundation shall appoint several Honorary Ambassadors as well as Humanitarian Peace Missionaries in several countries.

In case that someone influent in society dream in join us, he or she must relinquish any possible political office, as well as income that are considered indecent, such as annuities inherent to positions held in Government so that it can be accepted as integral part of the structure, because only then can we ensure the exemption policy and consistency of Parliament in the fight against social gap.

According to this philosophy, I appeal to all knowledge holders with common sense, please join us in the share core values, so that not a drop of wisdom is lost in this world that so desperately needs to evolve, because change alone isn’t enough for people to be happy.

It must be made a distinction of the facts, offenses and crimes have to be done to help the Governments to put an order in this debacle, without committing injustice. In this context, it must take into account the age of the offenders, as well as their social status in order to apply all the education and teaching energy before opting for any punishment and prison education, to offer them a new opportunity in life. But when the situation is serious it’s needed to act early to avoid certain crimes that leave marks on the victims and weaken the hope for a better world.

It’s precisely at the beginning of the problems that we have to act, so that we can prevent and rectify bad behaviors through an appropriate education system disciplinary action, before having to opt for the prison service, mainly in what respects to young people who tend to be delinquents.

We believe that whatever is the price to pay in common, honest citizens should enjoy the plenitude of freedom and security, whose cost is already included in the cost of the Democratic State that we hold.

In this regard, we propose to build a new system PRISONS-SCHOOL, tailored to the needs of our days, wherever is possible re-educate those who want to regain freedom and so humanly correct, punish severely those who, for one reason or another, unwilling or unable to stop crime and violence.

In order for this proposal to produce its due effects, I’m convinced that we need to interact with private management groups, supported by a proximity military administration which must be implanted inside the prisons, thus sharing and complete the Moral and Civic Education with strict discipline, having as principal goal a good professional training or its eventual recycling. In this context, the Portuguese Global Humanitarian Mission is fully prepared to take this challenge.

Thus, we can make a better evaluation of each prisoner citizen at the sentences compliance end, so that we can offer a different treatment to those who are prepared to get freedom and give a better preparation to those who are unable to be freed. If necessary, put the prisoner citizen into another establishment type to receive the most appropriate support, so they do not get out without the conditions are satisfied, inside and outside of the Prison-School. In fact, it’s also indispensable to prepare their return to society, such as checking accommodation conditions and get them an appropriate workplace.

However, I think that everyone who doesn’t agree to collaborate with this new disciplinary way, of a new opportunity to prepare life for freedom, should serve their sentence in full arrest in extremely strict regime (but very human).

As regards more specifically those who were convicted of violent crimes, I think that they should serve their sentence under a comprehensive educational system and strict military discipline, giving them a unique recovery chance. So, they could benefit from new freedom under very strict conditions. However, they should be warned that in a recurrence case, they haven’t anymore possibilities of being a freely person.

As for the murderers, I propose appropriate high-security prisons, with jobs under permanent surveillance in order to enable them to maintain a certain dignity in a confined space limits of the prison property, removing all chances of release, because I believe that those who dare to steal another’s life shouldn’t in any circumstances be a freely person ever again. In my interpretation this means life imprisonment even though the portuguese laws doesn’t allow it.

With regard to physical abusers, I think that they should be classified as mentally ill and since they’re irresponsible and very dangerous to society, I believe that they should also be life imprisonment in psychiatric hospitals because this ill it’s incurable, although a good part of Psychiatrists Doctors disagree. It’s true that the tendency to relapse is almost total as many new victims can confirm it and have paid the price. When they have only one more opportunity they yield to temptation, because until now no one could heal or solve this kind of problems safely. Although some kind of drugs can reduce the problem it doesn’t solve it, and to mentally ill people to medicate themselves needs someone to compel because they’ll not do it alone.

Some experts advocate chemical castration but I assure you that this attempt since requires the consent of his own, it becomes almost impossible, because the mentally ill people generally don't consider themselves ill. In one way or another, assuming that they get chemical castration, I’m deeply sure that they’ll become even more dangerous and from physical violators could become murderers, because the mental disturbance which leads them to act instinctively is in their head and, if they can’t do the act of rape, they certainly will attack and kill. In this regard, I also consider that all of those who are condemned to life imprisonment should be deprived of all civic privileges, assuring them, however, humanely suitable treatment in all respects, in high security military establishments, forcing them to work in exchange for a little bit more of freedom inside the prison space.

As it’s known, crazy don’t recognize themselves as crazy, so we’ve the duty to think for them to protect ourselves from their follies and even for their own protection, and crime isn’t also a form of madness?

Call it as you like but crazy or not, it’s certain that this is a very serious problem that affects us all and compels us to act in a concerted and responsible way.

The Modern Missionaries will be oriented in a coordinated manner by the Portuguese Foundation and the Portuguese Humanitarian Mission, but they will be managed locally by practical guidance leadership, so that each Modern Missionaries group can adapt themselves to the best possible circumstances and to the needs which they serve.

In all cases and particularly in this context, we want to promote the dialogue and sharing with the Parishes, so we take this chance to invite the Scouts and young people. We also will do anything to achieve a good collaboration with the Parish Councils to not miss any drop of knowledge and goodwill, in order to we get a good proximity management that allows us to achieve excellence in the quality of our services that we offer to population in general, and more particularly, to the poorest and needy.

Knowing that faith can’t be bought in the pharmacy, if we really want to change the World we must begin by to be exemplar in the being and dealing way with everyone as well as to humbly serve without hiding our origins or why we do it, for those who want to imitate us can do it freely, hoping that the God's love do the rest in each one of us, as His will.

Considering that the best way to be a good Christian is to be able to imitate Jesus Christ, we must lose our fear and prejudice so that we can work together, with full respect for belief or disbelief of every citizen, without judging and much less condemning anyone, but daring to show who we are and what we do of good.

Since I know a lot of people from all places and varied nationalities and religions, I admit that there is everywhere well-wishers and even committed people to participate in the fight against poverty, without religious commitment. However, I have also noticed that when someone acts by binding to a religion or even just to a club of any area, these people are more engaged.

So, to be a worthy and practical Catholic we must be able and audacious, coherent and provocative with good gestures and words, but we must be able to do some works to serve Humanity, so that many of those people that are already trying to act on the needy behalf, without religious reasons and due to their coherence in day-to-day, become fully Catholic tomorrow. It’s true that there still are many people who can’t believe in God, probably because many people claim to be Catholic, but they’re just Catholic!

The time goes on and many things change, but there are recipes that time eternalizes and also eternalizes in the faith context or in the lack of it. I believe that the best recipe against this evil (lack of faith) is to join the madness of Saint Francis of Assis (Giovanni di Pietro di Bernardone) to the wisdom of Saint Anthony of Lisbon (Fernando Martins de Bulhões), to be able to go beyond without fear the World, acting on God behalf.

Since the forging serves to shape the iron, for us you’re all welcome if you’re able to respect the existence of difference, without being indifferent, because we shall made of them the Bridge Missionaries to build communication bridges between the parts in order to take values advantage that unite us, for common benefit, leaving the final judgment to God which belongs only to Him.

Knowing that no strong currency can conquer the World alone, and thankfully, we still have the hope that our beloved Europe knows to politically organize itself, appealing to fundamental humanist values, to assume the position of the true locomotive, at least in this sense.

Knowing that, at this point, the lies and the manipulation of the truth are dominating and frightening globally in all contexts, I believe that this is the right time for Europe to learn to choose your real servers, able to trace new ways that better serve the EUROPE AND THE WORLD and which make the truth and the sense of joint responsibility prevail, based on the respect for the rights established in the search and its evolution, as well as in the responsible space sharing, all in an ECONOMIC, SOCIAL and HUMANITARIAN way, so that each one of us find the proper place.

In this context, Portugal has been one of the main actors a major player and even a pioneer in age of the Discoveries and maritime routes delineation, and not only, I believe that we can make great contribution at Global scale, helping to resolve this crisis and innovating to avoid others crisis. However, so thereby, we must show bravely and wisely that we can go onstage, that we deserve and that we’ll continue to work together with the World's best because we aren’t better or worse, we’re equal and as good as the better.

I’m sure that other people might think the same as us and with their every right. Now, I invite you to join us to add up values that unite us primarily in the EUROPEAN CONTEXT, AND ALSO IN THE WORLD CONTEXT BECAUSE WE ALL MAKE PART OF A WHOLE.

Since it’s quite impossible to overcome the invisible enemies, it’s better to don’t give them a reason that supports a pretext to attack.

In Governments management terms which are under attack of these unseen enemies, whatever their leaders and managers bring together all the goodwill and proper knowledge of modern management, it isn’t enough to avoid the “surrender” to certain international institutions, because the same crisis that has huge costs for some brings great benefits to others, and since I don’t know any international financial institution has ever made an intervention to help a country by sympathy or charity, I use my right of question and indignation.

For one side we can bless the existence of the International Financial Institutions that lend themselves to help cover some of the Governments financial emergencies. But these kinds of help always bring many surprises and economic, financial and social huge costs, which are added to overwhelming weight of debt that already exists, so it would be much more useful “to prevent than cure”, whatever it costs.

Knowing, however, that there isn’t a magic formula to increase an country income through which it has to pay the inherited debts and ensure continuity, there is apparently only one solution which consists in taxes raising, imposing even more suffering to the most defenseless citizens and delaying the growth and evolution. Or, it must be luck to meet people who can and want to make a difference by applying certain financial engineering in line with the Governments which to succeed need the willingness and the understanding capacity of the technicians who assist the Governments, which is difficult because although it’s something that is quite simple to understand, it remains unusual, and this generates fear and prevents from acting.

However, it isn’t enough to simply understand how to do it, it’s necessary to have access and enjoy the confidence of those rare people who can legally act in this field. This is one of the privileges and a credit that the Portuguese Foundation has, for the direct benefit of its Founder President experience as well as his acceptance of this kind of interventions, due to the contractual rigor that he developed and which deserves respect and acceptation in this so private and secretive World, the called “Top Ten”. These “Top Ten” have a predominant position in the Governments life, acting many times in its advice but also removing from the scene when the Governments instead of ruling misrules, and thus, crises begin.

In order to help building a long-term stability, the Portuguese Foundation is willing to create partnerships with cooperating Governments to serve as a privileged ally in a solution achieving that allows them to balance public accounts and carry out the structuring projects of greater relief, without delaying the future of their people. Where and when the delay may be recovered the costs will always be very high, which means that many countries aren’t more than mere party drums.

Thus, whenever a Government shows interest we must jointly prepare important public and social projects package to realize and give it the right environment to the contract philosophy, thereby, acting with consensus based on an ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN MISSION clear spirit, necessarily based on an expanded and responsible partnership so that Governors can exercise their Policy Missions without any major surprises. In this regard, the Portuguese Foundation instead of seeking for popular glory it seeks for fulfill its Global Mission which consists, essentially, in being useful to Humanity and serving humbly because people welfare is enough as a reward.

Having a partnership agreement, the Portuguese Foundation will add its own projects package of ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN national highlight which promotes the creation of thousands of jobs and allows the Foundation to use the appropriate financial engineering mechanisms to ensure economic recovery and to contribute to the ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL STABILITY.

In my humble opinion, I think that we already have too many critics and commentators who do little or nothing to solve or help to solve the crisis. So, I think it’s important to make life easier to the history makers, so that commentators continue to have content to comment!

We can propose extraordinary solutions and make a difference but it’s certain that we can’t dialogue with those who eventually don’t want to hear us. We don’t ask that someone do it for us, we really want to do in benefit of others.

Knowing that without KNOWLEDGE, LOVE AND RESPECT there isn’t civic basis to maintain democracy, we must strive as much as we can in these values defense as well as in the pedagogical and vocational education improvement based on ethical and moral principles, but we also have to be BRAVE, WISE AND HUMBLE to prepare in proper time the knowledge transmission to the youth because it’s the youngest generations that will manage the World of Tomorrow, a World that should be a promising one but sadly is too much mortgaged.

If the policy was exercised with proper knowledge and collective responsibility sense, with vocation to serve the population, and if the policy was exercised as a Humanitarian Mission, the World would be much more advanced and obviously more balanced. Although the crisis requires the changing of a number of things, we’re far from finding a perfect model where politicians have moral strength to serve as an example.

Knowing, however, that few are born saints and that all are called to sanctify themselves, I think that we should use a lot of courage and audacity and even some boldness to launch challenges which take the fearful people to join each other and, why not, to also sanctify themselves!

Believing that there’s only one God for all and that one day He will know how to judge us, for what we did wrong and for what we could have done in the name of good and haven’t done by laxity or pure selfishness, these Foundation predisposes itself to help all people, without limits or boundaries, without ever making distinction of skin color or political and religious interpretations because I'm certain that God, the Grand Master of the Universe, will know to understand and reward us all in the right time according to the merits of each one.

Given that Human being is constituted not only by the spiritual but also by the physical, I strongly advise that all people who has the leadership ability and balanced ambition to predispose themselves to be Human locomotives so that no wagon stand still. So that we can do large seeding and get a great multiplication, with the sincere objective of rational balance and spiritual responsible, like it consists to act with the finance as if it were a scalpel, with the meaning of saving lives and achieve a sustainable balance that connects in a permanent way the Economic, Social and Humanitarian components within the Ethical and Moral environment.

I believe that a Good Christian has to worry with the most weak and with the needy in order to fulfill his mission, because if he doesn’t, he’ll be everything except a Good Christian. So, if you want to live your Christian life come with me to put into practice the FRATERNITY, LOVE, PEACE and the free thought values because all of the other forms of freedom must be constantly negotiated and well shared so that everyone has a little bit and never runs out.

Surely God likes humble people, but I believe that He likes even more those who can be Wise, Humble and brave to serve with love. I'm certain that for God nothing is lost, so I invite you to invest in sincere sharing and in love without limits for the force of well circulate among us and do its wonders.
