HEALTH AND BEAUTY

It’s true that I am not a doctor nor a prophet and I neither wish to become one, but I serve myself from my right of free-thinker and world citizen to express my thoughts and expose my convictions and experiences so that it can be shared to whom is interested. Well, I do dare to approach the health theme, and I inform you, my Friends and readers that I don’t pretend in any way to confuse the public with my statements because it derives from my convictions and experiences acquired throughout life.

So, any advice of mine doesn’t dispense the traditional medical supervision because what I want is to call your attention to the values junction of each health areas, whether traditional medicine or alternative medicine, because in my opinion they should be complementary.

More specifically, I advice all people to do a check up at least once a year although apparently everything is fine with the purpose to prevent and avoid the treatment. Thus, my health and beauty tips should be seen as a supplement care to make life more positive and to fulfill some gaps in traditional medicine. In order to act safely all of our Health and Beauty Centers have permanent collaboration of GPs doctors as well as some specialists doctors that want to collaborate with us.

Besides the doctors we shall have too, within the same space, highly specialized teams to help people discover inner and outer harmony, thereby transforming the negative into positive through the art of well living. These spaces will be designed to offer, to our Friends and clients, only the best for the body and for the spirit, because when the spirit is happily alive the body thanks, and that represents the harmony to happiness.

Our main motto will be always the concern for others, and with that purpose we'll put all of our experience and good will to serve those who will come to us and do everything to help them to achieve a better life, acting according to the maximum of knowledge brought by the best experts that we’re recruiting. Besides all the gathered wisdom, our treatments will be applied in resplendent spaces, with an care quality never seen where the words sense becomes sweetness, and the affection, the respect, the dedication and the Love reflect the highest splendor.

Whenever you visit us, you’ll find attentive ears and hands able to transform your life in a sea of happiness whatever your problem is because what the medicine doesn't resolve the Love is the only capable of doing it. Our approach will be always customized and above all will be connected to the Universal Love and to the healing energy which God freely give us and so often we reject it for lack of knowledge.

The first steps that we’ll give together have the intention to discover the spiritual and corporal dissonances to proceed to the necessary adjustments through dialogue and physical manipulations, thus, allowing to correct the bad habits that makes life a true hard weight. Our health and beauty treatment centers will be divided into two parts.

The first part is dedicated to the psycho-physical treatments which shall be made in the centers which includes hairdressers within a nice design space with coffee and tea service and especially with a lot of quality reading to enrich the understanding and to cultivate the internal and external peace that we all need to live, although many people still unaware of it.

Annexed to the centers referred above will be meditation and massage centers with five specific modalities and reiki properly inserted on the Christian life philosophy, as well as peripheral or deep psychology but always integrated with the spiritual part so that the body become capable to accept new orders to improve self-esteem and emotional balance without which it's impossible to be happy.

The second part is dedicated to the Clinic-Hotels, located in large spaces where everything that is good in the world will be combined, allowing deep interventions in all areas of health and leisure, including communication therapy and the laughing art for excellence because a good laugh prevents sickness and also helps to heal.

I am sure that whenever you leave our Clinic-Hotels you'll be with full renewed energy, which will allow you to look at life and world in a more peaceful and positive manner and fully enjoy the talents that God gave you, to have access and enjoy the happiness that you deserve. I am deeply convinced that God has sent us to this world in Mission with right to vacations and happiness by merit and that is why we don't have the right to live like we're always on vacations. Is certain that we have many rights which often aren't respected but we also have many obligations that we don't comply, such as take care of each other with Love and dedication, do good to others and fulfill our own heart.

There's so many times that we're distracted and we don't see the best that life has to offer just because we don't know how to take care of our body and mind simultaneously, for the love of God be with us permanently. Probably, the non-believers in God will find ridiculous the way as I talk about health mixed with spirituality. However, many people suffer without finding the real cause of their disease because science tends to forget the spiritual and mental health, although it’s the most important part.

Sadly, we're still far behind in the humanity understanding. So, many pseudo-medical experts talk about the body as if it hadn't spirit and others speak about the human spiritual part in such a primitive manner that they do more harm than good to those who seek for them. For me it is obvious that with God nothing is impossible, it’s certain that He gave us the ability to understand and treat all things but if we don't believe in Him we don't have nothing to believe and instead of going ahead we stay behind in suffering. It’s true that traditional medicine has made great discoveries and very significant advances but in my opinion it's in fault because it doesn't integrate the alternative medicine, including the spiritual part, so there's harmony, because without harmony there's no happiness.

Fortunately, there are many doctors who increase their professional capabilities with the belief in God, but sadly no one speaks about them, almost like if you're good you're out of fashion. In this concern, I take the opportunity to praise the Portuguese Association of Catholic Doctors and Nurses, that surrenders itself to serve sick people with all its soul and heart as well as many anonymous to who I want to give the word and the intervention force so they can be known and encouraged to do a lot more. Besides those who want to inform may find that many surgeons happily surrender to God or to the Saint which they devote before they start any surgical intervention. I know some of them so I can testify this.

For those who don’t know, I take this chance to inform you that during the Cold War years when there were ultra-liberal elites serving the designated international powers which made up great lies about everything and spread it all around, political and scientific lies, was easy to find people saying that everything was material and everything can be transformed just like if the spiritual side didn't exist. Thanks to God that the individual and collective thinking capacity has evolved and this means that there are less people believing in these kind of absurd lies.

Fortunately, in these days everyone can see that a good majority of scientists are God's believers, including some of the most famous. In this context, I wish to create a symbiosis between true Catholic doctors and nurses, so that the science benefits and the spiritual knowledge can be added for complete healing and for happiness become an affordable reality to everyone.

Before you be beaten by fatigue and stress organize yourself so that you can relax two or three times a day. Look for a suitable place where you can be comfortable, put your feet in a high level, straightens your torso in a firm position and make it happen. After that give wings to the thoughts and get free from the time weight, give yourself to God and discover a new human being in you.

And remember that the body is a real power station which needs and deserves to be treated with wisdom, love and tenderness, to be happy, to develop and distribute Love and sweetness. Learn to capture the Divine Energy and purify yourself with it so you can share it with who doesn't know it.
