For this Solidarity work be increasingly closer to the people and can serve as a practical example, the variety and the quality of services as well as the Social and Humanitarian participation, will be prepared a chain of Restaurant Coffees, with evocative names which will be announced near the opening of the first establishments.

These Restaurant Coffees will be practical, comfortable, attractive, and besides the social role that it will play, will also mark a major turning in the way of being in business, in general, because each establishment will play a very direct role in the Humanitarian intervention in its area.

Thus, each Restaurant Coffee will be responsible, by the Foundation’s order, to distribute a certain amount of meals to the needy in its neighborhood, according to a prepared list in conjunction with the Catholic Church, the Municipalities, the Parish Councils, the Police, Firemen and our Missionaries and temporary or permanent volunteers.

In a way, all our commercial spaces will be centers of meeting, wellness, communication and help.

Who enter well will leave well, but who enter less well will have to leave very satisfied and smiling. Certainly, dream with new institutions isn’t enough to solve all the world's problems, because the solutions depend on the people attitudes who manage. Therefore, I constantly appeal to the men and women conversion to the world find its due balance.
